Click the email address to open your mail app, or copy it into your preferred email service. We accept support requests in English and Simplified Chinese.
Reporting a problem
Include your device model, operating system version, WikBrowser version, the steps to reproduce the problem, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help, but remove any personal information first. Never send passwords or private browsing records.
A website does not load
Check your internet connection, try another HTTPS website, and press Reload. If only one website fails, include its public URL in your report.
Tabs and browsing history
Use the overlapping-squares button to open the tab list. Open Library to find bookmarks, history, downloads, and settings.
Downloads
Open Library → Downloads to find downloaded files and share them. Files stay in WikBrowser’s local Documents/Downloads folder.
Privacy and clearing data
Open Library → Settings to clear browsing data. Read the privacy policy for details about local storage and websites you visit.

网页无法打开
请检查网络，尝试打开其他 HTTPS 网站并点击刷新。如果仅某个网站异常，可在邮件中提供该网站的公开网址。
标签页与历史记录
点击重叠方框按钮管理标签页。在“资料库”中可以找到书签、历史记录、下载和设置。
下载文件
打开“资料库 → 下载”查看并分享文件。文件保存在 WikBrowser 本地 Documents/Downloads 文件夹。
清除浏览数据
在“资料库 → 设置”中选择需要清除的数据。更多信息请查看隐私政策。
